What is LED strip?

LED strip lighting is a flexible strip containing numerous small LEDs used to create stylish, uniform, and energy-efficient lighting in various interiors, including suspended ceilings. This type of lighting is not only practical but also allows for the most creative design ideas to be realized.

Features of LED strips:

• LED strips are easily bent and cut, allowing them to be installed on any curved or complex suspended ceiling surface.
• LEDs consume very little electricity, yet provide bright lighting.
• The average lifespan of LEDs is up to 50 thousand hours, which significantly exceeds that of incandescent lamps or even some energy-saving lamps.
• LED strips do not heat up and are safe to use even near stretch ceilings.

Why are LED strips used in stretch ceilings?

• Creating hidden lighting: LED strips are often installed along the perimeter of a suspended ceiling, creating an airy effect and making the interior more modern and cozy.

How to install LED strip in a suspended ceiling?

• The LED strip is attached to a special aluminum profile, which is located along the perimeter of the future ceiling.
• The tape itself is inserted into the profile, after which everything is covered with a decorative insert – it hides the installation elements and ensures a neat appearance.
• The electrical wires are connected to a power supply unit , which supplies power to the entire lighting system.
