  • Finished cuts upon orders received on Saturday before 20.00 are released on Monday from 8.00 to 16.30 at Vilkpedes g.6
  • Finished cuts upon orders received on Sunday from 9.00 to 20.00 are released on Tuesday from 8.00 to 16.30 at the addressVilkpedes g.6
  • Deskor fabric cuts (availability according to price list), order fulfillment time 1 day.
  • The period for receiving photo printing on fabric width (from 310 to 510 cm) is up to 15 working days, after approval of the layout.

When ordering colored fabrics (rare colors), the manager will inform you about the waiting period of 7-10 days after payment for the order.

Please note!!!

  1. When submitting an application, do not forget to mark the diagonals between the angles (if the angle is not 90 degrees). In the absence of diagonals, the company is not responsible for the correctness of construction and, as a result, cutting of the canvas. These canvases are not subject to complaint.
  2. When submitting an application, mark those fabrics that need to be cut from one roll (fabric in rolls may differ in grain size and color shade). If this mark is not present, the company is not responsible for cutting the fabric and selects the optimal cutting option. These canvases are not subject to complaint.
  3. Consideration of complaints for defective canvases, canvases are accepted ONLY in folded (not crumpled) form, with the following attachment:

– drawing, indicating the defect, as well as indicating the location of the defect in the drawing and directly on the canvas with a pen or marker. We draw your attention to the fact that reworking of defective canvases is still carried out ONLY after you send a letter to e-mail:   dealerfinleta@gmail.com with a note in the subject – “No. of the defective canvas, nature of the defect (reason for alteration), WITHOUT ATTACHING THE FILE!

If it is not possible to wait and send it to the production of the ceiling, you must send detailed photos and a detailed description of the nature of the defectto (Viber; WhatsApp; Telegram). +370 677 17015

Fabric for Photo printing must be sent to us for detailed consideration of the defect!!!!!! A new canvas is made only after detailed consideration!!!

  1. When sending ceiling drawings drawn on a piece of paper (not built in the Easy Ceiling program), please indicate clearly written dimensions. In case of illegible indication of the size: the company does not guarantee the delivery of the canvas within the deadlines specified above. The canvas is sent to the customer for approval and only after written confirmation by the customer, the canvas is sent to work.
  2. If it is necessaryfabric packaging (winding on a pipe)please indicate this information on the drawings, in case the company is not responsible!!!
  3. The company, at the customer’s request, prints the customer’s Logo and details on finished canvases!!
